You, were the plaintiff in a case and won a judgment from a competent court of jurisdiction. The money judgment designated you as the original judgment creditor, earning you the right to take action against that defendant, who, after you received the money judgment became your judgment debtor.

We will need information about the court judgment. If you don't have it, we will need the name and address of the Court that awarded you the judgment with the case number, the amount of the judgment, and the date the money judgment was filed in the court.

What’s Judgment Enforcement?
It means I help businesses and individuals (the Judgment Creditor/s) who have filed a Complaint, gone to Court and the Court, having decided in their favor, awarded them a Judgment.
This Judgment is filed in that Court’s records. It obligates one or more persons named in the Judgment (the Judgment Debtor/s) to pay money, as provided in the Judgment, to the Judgment Creditor/s.
Unless re-hearing is requested and approved by the Court or unless an Appeal is filed within the required time limits, the Judgment becomes final.
Justice is served when an “Acknowledgment of Satisfaction of Judgment” is filed.
